Recommended Use CHEEKS: Apply to the apple of the cheek with a blush brush. LIPS: To use as lip liner, apply with a wet brush. To use as a lip colour, apply with a lip brush and finish with a similarly coloured or clear lip gloss. EYES: Apply as you would eye shadow.
